We will stay uo late sometimes.But it is disposition to our body.Therefore,we should not take it a part in our live.
Now,I would introduce some disadvantage of it.After we stay up late,we often feel tired.And we do not centralize spirit to take class and think.No matter what we meet something,we would be easy to become angry.We are apt to find black orbit is on our eyes.The probability of suffering from chronic disease increases.Our easy immunity drops.And it is apt to get the cold, stomach intestines problem, irritated disease.It may influence fertility.
So,how do we avoid it?We should manage time well. In this way we do not need to stay up desperately on the previous day.And we should plan in advance. But plan is not to catch the change forever.It is put on record that we should have everything.
I think so long as we have done these items.Our life will be no longer stayed up and perplexed.We can enjoy our life.
